Finances
Work out how much you can afford for a deposit and then in monthly payments. Near Zero CO2 Limited can help you with all your financing and budgeting for your project. A minimum 15% deposit is required for the land. The rest can be financed by one of our green ethical mortgages or one of your own choice.
Land
Near Zero CO2 Limited will carryout an extensive land search in the area of your choice. All you need to do is visit the land and decide whether it suits your requirements.
Design
Once you have chosen the land our design team will work with you to create a sustainable family home scheme to suite your requirements and the chosen site. Upon agreement of the scheme and budget costs we will deal with all the necessary negotiations for the land sale and the obtaining of statutory approvals such as Planning Permission.
Construction
You now own the land, have planning permission and the funds are in place. Using our vast experience and expertise we will take full responsibility for the management and quality of the project from start to finish giving you piece of mind and allowing you to enjoy your visits to site to watch your dream grow.
Energy Certificate & Warranties
During and upon completion of the project inspections will be carried out by independent surveyors who will issue the Energy Certificate (Compulsory as part of the homeowners pack when selling a home from June 2007) and 10 year structural defects warranty upon completion of the project. Operation and maintenance manuals will also be provided upon completion of your home together with training and advice on energy efficient and sustainable living..
