Stage 1 - For Planning permission.

Stage 2 - For Building Regulations and Quotations.
- Full set of Architectural drawings and specifications
- Clear and precise guide on how to apply for Building Regulation Approval.
- Structural calculations
- Thermal and SAP calculations
- Draft Energy Certificate
- Detailed list of materials and suppliers
Stage 3 - Flat Packed Kit for Construction
- Full set of construction drawings and details
- Construction manual
- Supply of building kit to include all external and internal walls, floors and
roof.
- Directory of trades services and material suppliers
- Blank contracts to use with trades
- Quality guidance and check sheets
- Part completed application for Structural Defects Warranty
- Operation and maintenance manuals
Stage 1 design drawings for planning permission costs just £450 +VAT which is a massive saving on normal Architectural fees that can range from £2,000 up to £5,000 per dwelling house. Stage 2 is supplied free of charge with the purchase of Stage 3 - kit for construction.
Should you require that we handle the Planning & Building Regulation submissions for you this will be charged extra. Normally in the region of £150 to £300 +VAT
If you have not found a design that suits you. We can carryout bespoke design to suit your lifestyle, requirements and site specific geometry and tapography. Normal costs for this service would be £1,250 +VAT and ligitimate expenses at cost.
