 Our turn-key build service is a simple as it can be. We take posession of your land to build your new home and we take full responsibility for all materials and trades until the house is complete and ready for you to move in.
The process can start as early as the design stage where we can carry out full design and obtaining of statuory approvals. Alternatively if your design is complete we can take the drawings and offer you a fixed price quotation to carry out all the works to complete your home. If our quotation is acceptable, we will then begin to organise and project manage the entire build until complete and handed over to you for occupation.
At all stages we report back to you so you have a full understanding and are aware of the position of the project.
The service includes: -
Full site setup, security and insurance;
Liason with Building Control and Warranty providers;
Organisation of groundworks and foundations;
Full construction of the building structure including internal and external finishes;
Design and installation of all plumbing and electrics;
Design and installation of heat and energy producing appliances;
Finishing items including bathroom suites, kitchen, tiling and decorating.
The service is available throughout mainland UK using our checked and approved partner builders and tradesmen.
