We offer a supply only and supply and fix service to self builders of 'flat packed' structural insulated panel and timber frame homes.
The simple process is we take your drawings or one of our standard house designs you have chosen and design them to be flat packed to be installed on site by us or your own contractor like a 3D jigsaw puzzle.
If you are choosing to erect yourself we provide a full construction manual giving step by step guide to the succesfull construction. We can also register you on a CIBT approved installer course held at Kings Lynn over 2 days.
The Flat Pack kit includes: -
Detailed design, Thermal design, SAP calculation and structural calculations as required for Building Control approvals;
Full construction drawings and construction manual;
All DPCs, treated timber sole plates, structural timber posts and timber beams;
Structural insulated panels or timber frame closed panels with preformed openings for windows and doors to give a minimum 0.2 U-Value;
Engineered timber ‘I’ joist floor support with 22mm thick water resistant floor decking;
External breather membranes for roofs and walls together with treated timber battens to ensure a secure fixing;
Delivery to site in mainland Britain.
