 Our development service simplyfies self build and makes it more like buying a new home off plan.
You tell us where you want to live and what house design you would like and we agree to buy the land, build the house and sell it to you upon completion at an agreed price that is significantly below market value.
The advantages of this form of self build (or self precure as we call it!) is that you do not have to deal with any land purchase, self build mortgage or the build itself. Instead you buy a completed house with a standard mortgage, where you like it (subject to land availability), the house design you like and at a reduced price. No catch.
All we ask is that you commit a 10% deposit and commit to purchase the property upon completion at the agreed price. Exactly the same as buying off plan.
